Get started with the Order Matching module

The Order Matching module in Continia Document Capture optimizes the process of invoicing your purchase order lines. If your company handles large numbers of invoices daily or frequently make repeat orders for the same items, this module makes it simpler to identify matches, removes a lot of manual work, and reduces the rate of errors during document matching.
Compared to the standard Business Central functionality, the Order Matching module provides two options that improve your workflows:
- The manual matching process gives you a clear overview of order and receipt lines when matching to invoices, accessed directly from the document journal or document card.
- Automation features speed up your matching processes by identifying matched order lines and discrepancies, handling allowed variance amounts, and registering lines for amount adjustments.

Activate the Order Matching module
Order Matching is available as a subscription module with Document Capture. To activate this module:
- Navigate to the Contia Solution Management page.
- Select the Solution line for Document Capture.
- Click the action Manage > Manage Modules.
- Follow the setup guide to activate the Order Matching module.
Hinweis
When you activate the Order Matching module, your subscription policy is automatically updated.
