Here are some of the key options explained:

Post at import: Automatically posts transactions when imported and is enabled by default. Note: Cannot be disabled if you use expense reports.

Posting Description: This setting lets you choose what description will appear on your ledger entries when bank transactions are posted. To see which fields you can use as placeholders, simply click the 3 dots to the right to view and amend accordingly.

Disable duplicate check: This setting controls whether Expense Management should check for possible duplicate transactions and alert you if it finds any. If two imported transactions have the same date, amount, and time, the system will flag them as potential duplicates, and you’ll need to review and handle those transactions yourself.
