Expense Management has a feature called Expense Report, which is included in the Essentials module, meaning there are no extra costs in using it. An expense report is a collection of expenses, mileages and per diems all bundled together into one submission. This can minimize the approval work for approvers, as all submissions are bundled together into one approval entry. It can also give expense users a better overview when they go on business trips that include multiple submissions of different expense types.
