Continia uses the platform [Credly](https://info.credly.com/) to issue badges and enable users to share their Learn certificates on social media or email. When you’ve passed an assessment and claimed your badge, you’ll receive and email from Credly with information about how to create an account and share your badge.

How can I share my certificates on LinkedIn?

You may have logged into Continia Learn using a different account than the one you previously used. To ensure all your certificates can be viewed from one account, you should always log in to Continia Learn with the same login method (either Microsoft or LinkedIn).

Why can’t I see all or any of my achieved certificates on my Continia Learn profile?

Currently, it’s not possible to merge two Learn accounts. However, if you have certificates on both accounts, you can link both Learn accounts to your PartnerZone account. This ensures that all your certificates are counted towards the Continia partner program.

Follow the steps below to link the accounts.

1.	Sign in to Continia Learn. Note that you can only log in to Learn with a personal/social login, such as LinkedIn or a personal Microsoft account. This is to ensure that you keep your certificates even if you change workplace. 

2.	Navigate to your profile. 

3.	Select __Settings__, and change your profile type to “Partner”. 

4.	Then enter your current PartnerZone credentials and click __Submit__. 

When your profiles are linked, your certificates will automatically contribute to your company’s partner level in the partner program. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us at learn@continia.com.


I have two different accounts on Continia Learn. Can I merge them?

To ensure your certificates are counted towards the Continia partner program, you must link your Continia Learn account to your PartnerZone account.

To claim and share your Learn certificate:

1.	When you have passed an assessment, a notification that you've passed the test appears. Click __Claim your badge__. 

Note that you can also claim your badge from your Learn profile, under __Certificates__.

2.	Enter the email address you want to use for your Credly account and click __Claim Badge__.

3.	You’ll receive and email from Credly in which you click __Accept your badge__ to log in, or create an account if you don’t have one. 

4.	When you are logged in, you can share your certificates as you wish.
