I’ve been added as a Continia expense user – what do I do next?
What is the best advice on how to navigate the mobile app?
Your Expense Management administrator sets up the login method as one of the following:
- Your Microsoft 365 credentials by selecting the Microsoft 365 logo at the bottom of the login page.
- The email and password you chose when you activated your Continia Expense Management user account through the welcome email.
Simply download the Continia Expense mobile app in your app store or scan the relevant QR code below.
Scenario:
Lina is a busy salesperson and has found ways to efficiently navigate the mobile app, covering the general menu, and finding ways to use templates.
- Open the app and meet the homepage showing expense types. Tap on any of these options to start an expense. What is visible here is dependent on your company’s set up.
- Have recurring expenses? Save templates to the right of expense type. Reuse and save your time when submitting expenses.
- The Open tab allows you to view documents and receipts and expenses not yet submitted
- View your submitted expenses in History. The status of each expense will be available with 3 levels, Submitted, Approved and Completed.
Store your documents for later use
- Directly upload images from the app on your home screen.
- Open the expense mobile app and select Create.
Note
After receipts have been uploaded, they can be accessed by selecting Open and followed by tapping on the receipt icon (Open button) when it appears.
