Make ledger entries clearer with entry comments

One simple feature in the Continia Finance Essential module is targeted at helping you work better with ledger entries. You can enable the Ledger Entry Comments feature from the Continia Finance Setup page, under the General FastTab.
Ledger entry comments
Once you enable Use Ledger Entry Comments from Continia Finance Setup, you can add ledger entry comments from pages such as the G/L entries and customer entries. This can be particularly useful for explaining why a ledger entry is on hold.
Select the relevant entry line, and then from the Continia Finance action menu, choose Ledger Entry Comments.
The Entry Card opens, which includes a section for Entry Comment Line.
Expand the FactBox using the (i) icon to easily view entry comments.
