Install Payment Management from the Extension Marketplace

The Payment Management solution can be installed directly from your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central tenant without you even leaving the application.

Before you start, make sure you have the SUPER permission set, which you need to complete the full installation and activation process. If you're in doubt about whether you have the SUPER permission set, contact your Business Central administrator for assistance.


We recommend that you install Payment Management in a sandbox environment before you install it in a production environment.

Let's get started!

  1. From the Role Center, select the search icon, enter Extension Marketplace, and select the related link.

  2. In the search field, enter Continia Payment Management.

  3. Select the Payment Management app with the relevant country code. Choose the the same localization as the one you use in your Business Central installation. Here we use the IE localization.

  4. Select Free Trial.

  5. Fill in the basic profile information, and select the checkbox to agree to the terms of use. Select Continue.

  6. Select the desired language, and select Install.


The setup of Payment Management is a bit different depending on the Business Central localization. The main differences are the supported banks, the bank account information, and the available payment methods.

  1. To get a status of the installation, open Extension Management again, and select Manage > Deployment Status. The installation is completed successfully when the status field shows Completed.

Congratulations! You have now installed Payment Management.

Before you continue with running the setup guides in the next unit, please sign out of Business Central, close your browser, and then sign in again.
