Enable Advanced Payment Suggestion

To benefit from the additional features of the advanced mode, you simply enable Advanced Payment Suggestion from the Banking Export Setup page. At the same time you also determine how you want validation to work.
Set up validation
You can set up validation of the suggestion headers to occur either manually or automatically. We strongly recommend enabling validation to ensure that once the suggestions headers have been created as journal lines in the payment journal, they are valid and ready to be exported to the bank.
To use manual validation, turn on the Validate Suggestion Header toggle. This enables you to manually validate the related payments before you create the journal lines.
To enable automatic validation of the suggestion headers, you can turn on the toggle Use Dynamic Validation. This runs the validation concurrently for the suggestion headers as you work on them.
Important
If you decide not to enable validation for suggestion headers, you won't be notified of any validation errors until you try to export the payments to the bank from a payment journal. At that time, it may be too late to correct the errors, in which case, you'll have to return to the Payment Suggestions page, adjust the suggestion headers, and recreate them as general journal lines in the payment journal.
