Rearrange, rotate, and delete pages in a document

  • 4 min.

The Split and Merge Documents page mentioned in the previous unit offers a number of additional features that enable you to further manipulate the documents you receive.

To move pages up and down

Pages within the same document can be rearranged in any order you wish. To rearrange the pages of a document, select the line representing the page that you want to move, and then select Move Up or Move Down.

Note

Only pages within the same document can be rearranged. You can’t rearrange the order of documents or move pages from one document to another.

To rotate pages

Individual pages can be rotated. This is useful if a page is scanned upside down, or if you want a landscape page to be rotated to portrait mode. To rotate a page, select the line representing the page that you want to rotate, and then select Rotate. This will rotate the page 90 degrees clockwise.

To delete pages

Pages can also be deleted from a document. To do this, select the line representing the page that you want to delete, and then select Delete.
