Make ledger entries clearer with original currency and entry comments

There are two features in Continia Finance Essential module which are targeted at helping you work better with ledger entries. You can enable one or both of these from the Continia Finance Setup page, under the General FastTab.
Show original currency in G/L ledger entries
Once you enable Maintain Original Currency Code in G/L Entries, two extra fields are displayed in the General Ledger Entries.
- Original Currency Code
- Original Amount (FCY)
These two fields are in addition to the standard field for Amount (LCY).
Ledger entry comments
Once you enable Use Ledger Entry Comments from Continia Finance Setup, you can add ledger entry comments from pages such as the G/L entries and customer entries. This can be particularly useful for explaining why a ledger entry is on hold.
Select the relevant entry line, and then from the Continia Finance action menu, choose Ledger Entry Comments.
The Entry Card opens, which includes a section for Entry Comment Line.
Expand the FactBox using the (i) icon to easily view entry comments.
